This document sets out all legal terms for using the pojk platform. Please read it in full before registering or using any service.
Definitions & General Provisions
1.1 — Key Definitions
"Platform" means the pojk website, mobile version, and all associated services. "Account" means each user's registered personal profile. "Balance" means the real money deposited in your account. "Bonus Balance" means an amount granted as a promotional benefit, subject to specific conditions.
1.2 — Applicability
These Terms are designed for users in Bangladesh and operate in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳). pojk provides services in Bengali and through local payment methods with Bangladeshi players in mind.
1.3 — Right to Amend Terms
pojk reserves the right to change, amend, or update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the platform after any change will be considered acceptance of the revised Terms. Users will be notified of significant changes where possible.
Account Registration & Eligibility
2.1 — Age Restriction
Opening an account and using any service on pojk is permitted only for users aged 21 or above. You must confirm your age truthfully at the time of registration. Operating an account on behalf of a minor is strictly prohibited.
2.2 — One Account Policy
Each user may operate only one account. If a single person creates multiple accounts, all accounts may be closed and any deposited balance may be forfeited.
2.3 — Providing Accurate Information
All information provided at registration must be truthful, complete, and up to date. Providing false or misleading information may result in account closure. pojk may request necessary documents for identity verification at any time.
2.4 — Account Security
It is your responsibility to keep your login credentials (username and password) confidential. pojk is not liable for any loss resulting from third-party use of your account. If you suspect unauthorized access to your account, notify the support team immediately.
Deposit & Withdrawal Policy
3.1 — Accepted Payment Methods
pojk currently supports the following payment methods:

- Nagad — Mobile Banking
- Rocket — Mobile Banking
- Bank Transfer — Major commercial banks (e.g., Dutch-Bangla Bank, Islami Bank, BRAC Bank)
3.2 — Minimum Deposit & Withdrawal
The minimum deposit amount is ৳500 and the minimum withdrawal amount is ৳500 across all payment methods. Transactions below this amount will not be processed.
3.3 — Withdrawal Timeframe
Approved withdrawal requests are generally processed within 1 hour. If verification is pending, it may take a little longer.
3.4 — Third-Party Account Prohibition
Only payment accounts registered in your own name may be used. Deposits or withdrawals through third-party accounts are strictly prohibited. If such transactions are detected, the account may be placed under investigation.
3.5 — Currency
All transactions on the pojk platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT / ৳).
Bonuses & Promotional Offers
4.1 — Welcome Bonus
New members will receive a 120% bonus on their first deposit, up to a maximum of ৳8,000. Example: depositing ৳1,000 earns a ৳1,200 bonus, giving a total balance of ৳2,200. Alternatively, depositing ৳14,000 earns the maximum ৳8,000 bonus, for a total of ৳22,000.
4.2 — Wagering Requirements
Before withdrawing bonus winnings, a wagering requirement of 20 times the bonus amount must be completed. Wagering is calculated on the bonus amount only, not on the deposit plus bonus. Example: receiving a ৳1,200 bonus requires ৳1,200 × 20 = ৳24,000 in bets before bonus winnings can be withdrawn.
4.3 — Bonus Abuse
Claiming bonuses multiple times through multiple accounts, multiple household members, or the same IP address is prohibited. If evidence of bonus abuse is found, pojk reserves the right to cancel the bonus and any related winnings.
4.4 — Bonus Expiry
Each bonus offer comes with an expiry date, which is stated in the offer details. If wagering is not completed within the specified time, the bonus may be cancelled.
4.5 — VIP Program
pojk has four VIP tiers: Bronze (up to 0.2% weekly cashback), Silver (up to 0.5% weekly cashback), Gold (up to 0.8% weekly cashback), and Platinum (up to 1.0% weekly cashback). Promotion is determined based on regular play.
Gaming Code of Conduct
5.1 — Permitted Use
The pojk platform must be used solely for legitimate recreational purposes. Hacking, cracking, or otherwise misusing any system or software on the platform is prohibited.
5.2 — Automated Tools Prohibited
Using bots, scripts, automation software, or AI-based tools to play games is strictly prohibited. If such activity is detected, the account will be closed immediately.
5.3 — Technical Errors
If an incorrect result or incorrect payment is displayed due to a technical error, it will not be considered valid. pojk reserves the right to correct such errors, and any overpaid amounts may be reclaimed.
5.4 — Anti-Money Laundering
pojk is committed to preventing money laundering. If suspicious transactions are detected, the account may be temporarily suspended and relevant information may be requested.
Account Suspension & Closure
6.1 — Account Closure by pojk
pojk reserves the right to temporarily or permanently close any account for the following reasons:
- Violation of these Terms
- Providing false information or identity fraud
- Bonus abuse or fraudulent activity
- Operating multiple accounts
- Use of unauthorized tools or software
6.2 — Voluntary Account Closure
You may close your account at any time by contacting the support team. Before submitting a request, ensure there are no pending withdrawals and that wagering requirements have been met.
6.3 — Inactive Accounts
A separate policy may apply to balances in long-term inactive accounts. Contact the support team for details.
Responsible Gaming
7.1 — Our Commitment
pojk places responsible gaming as its highest priority. We believe gaming is a recreational activity — it should never be treated as a source of income or a solution to financial problems.
7.2 — Self-Exclusion Feature

pojk applies strict age verification measures to protect minors. Creating an account for anyone under the age of 21 is strictly prohibited.

pojk collects and processes your personal data solely for the purposes of providing services, verifying identity, processing financial transactions, and ensuring security. Data is not sold to third parties.

Limitation of Liability
9.1 — General Disclaimer
pojk provides its services on an "as is" basis. pojk is not liable for any loss caused by technical errors, connection failures, or third-party service outages.
9.2 — Gaming Risk
Online gaming carries a risk of financial loss. Users are solely responsible for their own decisions. pojk does not guarantee winnings.
9.3 — Maximum Liability
Under no circumstances will pojk's maximum liability exceed the amount of the original deposit held in your account.

The final decision issued by pojk on any dispute will be considered binding, unless otherwise agreed by both parties.
Miscellaneous Provisions
11.1 — Entire Agreement
These Terms, the Privacy Policy, and the Responsible Gaming policy together form the complete agreement between pojk and the user. Any prior oral or written agreements are replaced by this document.
11.2 — Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full force and effect.
11.2 — Assignment Prohibition
You may not transfer your rights or obligations under this agreement to a third party without pojk's prior written consent. pojk may transfer its rights under the agreement if necessary.
